Each activity at the notary’s office requires the personal appearance or being represented by someone else by a power of attorney.
For this purpose it is necessary to present the identity card and the taxpayer identification number for foreigners.
If a client would be represented by somebody else, the original documents and the attested representation are required. In case of those powers of attorney were granted abroad, the apostille of the Hague Treaty would be widely required
For the attestation of the representation are not suitable photocopies of powers of attorney, foreign powers of attorney that are not provided by the stamp of the Hague.
