- Identity card of the authorizing person, as well as the document of the authorizing company (foundation agreement and the cerificate of appointment of administrators)
- Identification data of the authorized representative
- Determining of the area of the power of attorney with a special regard to the authority of self-contract conclusion and that of the representation. In case of the self-contract conclusion the agreement of the assembly is necessary if the authorizing person is a company
- Please note that in case of a general power of attorney, the power of attorney has to be registered into the competent Register of Companies.
